A skilled organizational development professional, Susan’s areas of expertise are corporate training, facilitation, curriculum design and delivery, and executive and individual contributor coaching. A Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Susan has done an extensive amount of work in performance management systems, training and development and targeted leadership skill development.


Debra has over 25 years of Human Resources / Organizational Development experience, with a focus on talent development, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Her demonstrated capabilities are in organizational effectiveness, facilitation, competency enhancement, leadership coaching, and teambuilding. She has worked in a global arena building talent and leadership capability. Deb has experience facilitating leadership development with emerging and mid-level talent in medium to large organizations. A key element of her approach for coaching and leadership development is based upon an understanding of the individual’s behaviors and how it impacts how they lead themselves and others.


Samara Beachdell is an engaging trainer with over 20 years of experience as an HR Consultant, Trainer/Facilitator and Professional Coach. Passionate about learning and development as a key to employee engagement, Samara believes in the power and benefits of sharing knowledge. She is an avid coach and mentor and loves working with first-time and mid-level managers as they transition and develop their personal leadership style. Samara’s toolkit is filled with years of experience across a variety of HR disciplines. Throughout her career, she has provided services through a consultative approach to a range of businesses, from small entrepreneurships to large multinational corporations. She is recognized for building and maintaining a trusted-advisor role to provide exceptional client services.


Yvonne is a dynamic, experienced, and committed consultant, trainer and coach. With significant business and leadership experience, Yvonne is committed to learning and development as a way to enhance development and business growth, in particular for leaders and managers who are challenged with improving performance and engaging their teams. Yvonne enjoys a high level of connection and collaboration with others; with experience in global business and a focus on providing value to customers, she demonstrates skills in learning facilitation, training leaders, instructional design and organizational development. Judy Garmoe is passionate about helping people become better leaders in this ever-changing, and often challenging, work environment. Judy’s focus is on implementing practical processes and teaching the skills needed to be a more effective and confident leader. Lisa White is a dynamic facilitator hailing from the UK. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in top-tier Fortune 500 companies, Lisa has transitioned seamlessly into the realm of workforce development for the past decade. Her fervor lies in cultivating vibrant company cultures and fostering employee development. Lisa’s career has seen her excel in diverse roles such as sales, key account management, and recruitment within the veterinary and animal health sectors. Notably, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a facilitator of The 6 Types of Working Genius, and a seasoned Front Line Leadership trainer in a number of professional and manufacturing settings.


Susan “Sue” Gordon brings more than 30 years of human resources and organizational development experience across a wide range of industries. She is an accomplished HR executive with expertise in strategic planning, workforce development, labor and employee relations, training design, organizational audits, recruitment, and change management. Sue has extensive experience supporting both union and non-union environments and has played a key role in guiding organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts. Prior to joining Trinity Training and Development, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Unidine and Fine Hotels/The Fineberg Companies, and held corporate leadership roles in training and development within the hospitality industry. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and is known for her hands-on approach to helping organizations strengthen their people, systems, and culture.


Rudy Grajales is a bilingual consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience in the military and private sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Project Management and serves as Safety Lead at Autry Technology Center. Rudy specializes in helping organizations enhance compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and develop future leaders. He is currently advancing his career through a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Oklahoma. With expertise in bilingual training and cross-cultural leadership, he works with industries such as manufacturing, construction, and education to build accountable teams and lasting workplace success.
