Our training delivery (75% activities, 25% content) utilizes an array of hands-on activities including small and large group discussions, self-reflection assignments, social learning, building exercises, self-assessments, role-play and behavior practice, team building, and application assignments. Each program module is designed with content that is fast paced, engaging, practical, and applicable to the workplace.

Applied Learning

We reinforce learning through between-session, one-on-one activities that encourage productive dialogue between supervisors and their teams. These assignments enable leaders to better understand the needs of their employees and provide the support needed to address employee concerns.

Manager Involvement

We provide an overview of each module to the participant’s manager that summarizes the outcomes and behaviors we are emphasizing in that session. We also include a list of coaching questions which the manager can use as a periodic check-in with their program participants.

Where We Deliver

We have a team of trainers that can deliver throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Our dedicated project manager can work with you to schedule everything from small to large multi-site implementations.

Scheduling Recommendations

We recommend no more than 1-2 days of training at any one time to enable participants to apply what they have learned back on the job. We also suggest timing between training sessions to be one to four weeks.

About Our trainers

Our trainers are selected for their leadership experience, and ability to relate to and engage the groups they work with. All trainers have a minimum of 10 years delivering training to both manufacturing / technical and office / professional audiences.
